Who is a jajmaan?जजमान को हो?

In Hindu tradition, the jajmaan (from the Sanskrit yajamāna, यजमान) is the person or family for whom a puja, yagya or sanskar is performed. At the start of every ritual, the purohit takes the sankalpa in the jajmaan’s name and gotra, and the blessings of the ritual flow to them and their family.हिन्दू परम्परामा जजमान (संस्कृत yajamāna, यजमान शब्दबाट) भनेको त्यो व्यक्ति वा परिवार हो, जसका लागि पूजा, यज्ञ वा संस्कार गरिन्छ। हरेक अनुष्ठानको सुरुमा पुरोहितले जजमानको नाम र गोत्रमा संकल्प गर्छन्, र अनुष्ठानको आशीर्वाद उनी र उनको परिवारलाई प्राप्त हुन्छ।
